Can you fix a site built by someone else?

Often, yes. We first need to inspect the setup and understand the issue. We will explain the proposed work and any limitations before starting.

Will you replace all our plugins?

Only where there is a reason. We review what each plugin does and whether it is still needed, supported and suitable for the site.

Is ongoing support included?

Support is agreed in your scope. A one-time build and a monthly maintenance arrangement have different responsibilities, which we set out before work begins.
